In
this tutorial I will show you how to make a bootable pendrive without
using any software, command prompt etc. You will just add one file
called autorun.inf which is Configuration file in your pen drive.
AutoRun
is the term used when specific, predetermined digital content is
automatically launched from your flash drive as soon as it is plugged
into a memory port. The content can include items like a web page,
interactive menu, multimedia presentation, a document, or an entire
application. Creating an autorun USB drive allows for customization of
content as well as the personalization of the title of your flash drive
and its autoplay setup options.
Here is how to make your pendrive bootable. First you have already windows setup files in your pendrive. So Now we have to create file called autorun.inf
Step 1 : Open Notepad and type the following code into this :
Step 2 : Now save this into your pendrive disk as autorun.inf . It is compulsory to give file name as .inf
Now your pendrive is bootable and you show bootable icon after removing the pendrive..
